Individual Programs

You start with a Body Composition Analysis (BCA) test and an initial fitness assessment. This along with information about your goals and lifestyle help our general and personal trainers to build a program that suits to your unique fitness goals, passions, and personality.

Cardio

These workouts help raise your heart rate into your target heart rate zone where you burn the most fat and calories making it easier to lose weight. Personal Trainers and General Trainers are available plan and assist your Cardio workouts.

Functional Training

Workout which readies your body for daily activities with movements like like bending, twisting, lifting, loading, pushing, pulling, squatting which readies your body for daily activities. Multi-joint movement patterns build strength and improve your range of motion involving knees, hips, spine, elbows, wrists, and shoulders.

Strength Training

These workouts involve resistance to challenge and build your muscles. Bodyweight is enough for beginners. Additional resistance using equipments is used for progressive levels. Our fitness trainers help you get a balanced workout - warm up, choose the right weights, focus on your form, manage rest day, and challenge yourself but without unnecessarily taxing the body.

Pool

Swimming works your entire body from head to toe, helps tone muscles, build strength and endurance, increase your heart rate, all without stressing your body. Members can use the temperature controlled, Semi Olympic indoor pool at our JP Nagar 7th Phase facility. Our certified swim coaches can teach you how to swim or help you improve your technique and take your skills to the next level.

Aerobics

Aerobic group exercise is great cardio workout to get your heart pumping, improve lung function, increase circulation and to help you achieve your weight goals by burning calories.

TRX

These are full body workouts done using body weight and gravity as resistance. These workouts help you build strength, lose fat, improve endurance or flexibility. It is a dynamic workout to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability.

Toddler Swim Program

Bubbling fish is an Infant and Toddler swim program for kids between 6months to 6 years run by an AustSwim certified swim teacher Nirala Bopanna Rai.

Learn to Swim - Kids

This program is specifically designed to to teach swimming techniques kids between the age groups of 5 to 17 years. Our certified swim coaches will help your kids learn and hone their swimming skills.

Learn to Swim - Adults

Swimming classes for 18 years and above. This course includes you all the basics of swimming techniques. By the end of program, you will comfortable with swimming the whole length of our pool.
